          Who am I

          I am Andi Baumuehlner, founder of the AFGC Method and a passionate advocate for pain-free movement and holistic healing.

          I was originally an engineer and teacher by profession. My journey began into pre- and rehabilitation coaching after I suffered a serious shoulder injury during training. Despite seeing multiple professionals, no one could offer lasting help, so I took healing into my own hands. Determined to recover, I immersed myself in education, completing over 50 specialised courses in rehabilitation, movement therapy, and functional training.

          What began as a personal mission soon became a passion to help others who are struggling with pain or injury. I believe no one should have to accept chronic discomfort as their new normal.

          In addition to being a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, I also use advanced techniques applied in the rehabilitation of Olympic athletes. My European, German, and Australian studies, combined with real-life experience, have led me to develop my own unique approach: the AFGC Method.

          Over the past 10+ years, this method has helped thousands of people regain their strength, mobility, and confidence. I’m incredibly proud of the results we’ve achieved together.
