          Who am I

          I am Andi Baumuehlner, founder of the AFGC Method and a passionate advocate for pain-free movement and holistic healing.

          I was originally an engineer and teacher by profession. My journey began into pre- and rehabilitation coaching after I suffered a serious shoulder injury during training. Despite seeing multiple professionals, no one could offer lasting help, so I took healing into my own hands. Determined to recover, I immersed myself in education, completing over 50 specialised courses in rehabilitation, movement therapy, and functional training.

          What began as a personal mission soon became a passion to help others who are struggling with pain or injury. I believe no one should have to accept chronic discomfort as their new normal.

          In addition to being a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, I also use advanced techniques applied in the rehabilitation of Olympic athletes. My European, German, and Australian studies, combined with real-life experience, have led me to develop my own unique approach: the AFGC Method.

          Over the past 10+ years, this method has helped thousands of people regain their strength, mobility, and confidence. I’m incredibly proud of the results we’ve achieved together. There’s nothing more rewarding than restoring someone’s hope and reactivating the body’s natural healing power.
